Sri Lankan teenager wants to address president: he hacks his website

He wanted the GCE , an exam held at the end of high school in Sri Lanka, and determining for university entry, to be postponed. So he addressed President Maithripala Sirisena. How? ‘Or’ What? By hacking his website.
At least he is suspected of having done so by the police, who tracked him down and arrested him on Monday, August 29.

He faces three years in prison and a fine of 300,000 rupees (approximately 1,800 euros).

The 17-year-old had replaced the home page of the presidential site with a message asking the president to postpone the current review … or to resign.

Failing to achieve his ends in this way, the young man will however have made public undeniable computer skills.
